AleAnna Resources names Italy Operations Manager

BOLOGNA, ITALY – March 7, 2011: AleAnna Resources LLC (“AleAnna” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce Pietro Marsili Ph.D. has joined AleAnna as its Italian Operations Manager. Dr. Marsili will be responsible for overseeing all exploration and production operations in Italy.

Dr. Marsili has about 15 years of experience in the Italian oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience in organizing and managing E&P activities, including surface production plant construction, onshore/offshore seismic acquisition, site surveys for offshore drilling, and onshore/offshore well drilling.

Prior to joining AleAnna Resources, Dr. Marsili was Portfolio & Authorization Manager and E&P Advisor for Medoilgas Italia S.p.A. He has hold several other industry related positions at Intergas Più’ S.r.l./Malta Oil Lt.d, Energia della Concordia S.p.A., and Northsun Italia S.p.A. He holds a degree in geology from the University of Rome and a Ph.D. in geology from the University of Bologna.

Dr. Marsili will be relocating to Bologna, where AleAnna has opened an operations office at Strada Maggiore, 32, Bologna 40125.
