BOLOGNA, ITALY – March 7, 2011: AleAnna Resources LLC (“AleAnna” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce Pietro Marsili Ph.D. has joined AleAnna as its Italian Operations Manager. Dr. Marsili will be responsible for overseeing all exploration and production operations in Italy.

The Ministry of the Economic Development has awarded the Torrente Acqua Fredda exploration permit to AleAnna Resources, LLC as unique operator.

The area object of the exploration permit application is located in the Basilicata Region and covers a surface of 66.9 sq km. The application was awarded and published in the Official Bulletin of Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Resources No. LIV - 11 on November, 2010.
