Sioux Sinnott, President
Ms. Sinnott has over 35 years of international oil and gas experience. Previously, she was the president of Heartland Rig International (HRI) Inc., a global manufacturer of drilling rigs and equipment. Before founding HRI, she held positions at Arco Oil and Gas, Exxon Neftegaz Limited, Nimir Petroleum and Petrosakh USA. Her expertise is in project management and she attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Andrew Wright, JD, General Counsel
Mr. Wright’s previous experience includes positions with the law firm White & Case, LLP and ExxonMobil Central European Holding GmbH in Hamburg, Germany. Mr. Wright is a licensed attorney and is a member of the State Bar of Texas International Law Section, and the Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law Section; Houston Bar Association International Law Section; Houston Young Lawyers Association; Houston International Arbitration Club; and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN). He holds a BA from Colgate University, JD from South Texas College of Law, and Masters of International Law and Business from Bucerius Law School/WHU School of Management.
Pietro Marsili, Ph.D., Operations Manager, Italy
Mr. Marsili has more than 20 years of experience in the Italian oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience in organizing and managing exploration activities, including surface production plant construction, onshore/offshore seismic acquisition, site surveys for offshore drilling, and onshore/offshore well drilling. He holds a degree in Geology from the University of Rome and a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Bologna.
Elizabeth J. Cantrell, Board Member
Ms. Cantrell currently serves as Manager of AleAnna Resources, LLC, and also as President of Kerns Petroleum, Inc. Ms. Cantrell’s previous experience includes positions with Samson Resources Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Chevron U.S.A. Inc. and ChevronTexaco Corp. in Midland and Houston, Texas. Ms. Cantrell is a registered professional engineer in Texas and is certified by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. She is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers where she has held many leadership positions.
Ms. Cantrell received a BS cum laude in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, and received the Robert L. Whiting Outstanding Graduate in petroleum engineering at Texas A&M in 1996. She was recently appointed to the Texas A&M Petroleum Engineering Industry Board.
